How do I sign up for ChargeMate?

1. If your account is billed through an energy company, unlink it first. See Unlinking from Genesis EVerywhere.

2. Check there’s a valid card on your ChargeNet account. In the app, go to Profile.

3. Fill in the sign up form. You’ll need your account email and account ID, which you’ll find in the app under Profile.

4. We’ll process your request, usually within 1 working day.

When does ChargeMate start?
ChargeMate starts once we’ve switched your payment plan and your first payment has gone through. We’ll email you to confirm. You can’t choose a later start date or backdate your plan.

Can I re-join later?
Yes. Fill in the sign up form again any time.
