Your first payment
Your first payment is pro-rated based on the full days left in the month you join, rounded to the nearest cent.
Monthly payments
After that, $10 is charged to your card on the 1st of each month, in advance. You’ll receive a payment confirmation each time, and the fee shows separately from your charging on your monthly statement.
What if my payment fails?
We’ll retry a few times that day. If it still doesn’t go through, ChargeMate ends immediately and you move to our standard payment plan. Update your card and sign up again to get back on.
Is the $10 fee credit?
No. The fee pays for access to the discount. It can’t be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used on past sessions.
Can the price change?
Yes. We may change the fee or the discount, and we’ll give you notice first.
