When does my plan end?

Cancel on or before the 24th: ChargeMate ends at the end of that month.

Cancel after the 24th: ChargeMate ends at the end of the following month, and that month’s $10 fee applies.
For example, if you email us on 26 March, ChargeMate runs until 30 April and standard rates start on 1 May. You keep the discount until your end date, and we’ll email you to confirm it.
Do I get a refund?
No. We don’t refund the fee for part months, or for months you don’t use ChargeMate.
What if I close my ChargeNet account?
ChargeMate ends at the same time.
