Is billed through an energy company, such as Genesis EVerywhere

Can I have ChargeMate on a fleet account?
No. Fleet accounts have their own pricing and tools. Contact us at [fleet email] to talk about what suits your business.
I’m on Genesis EVerywhere. Should I switch?

Can my family use my ChargeMate plan?
Yes. ChargeMate can cover a direct family member or someone you live with. It can’t be shared with other drivers. ChargeMate fair use applies.
