Update on Charging Session Authorisation Details for Invoices
As of March 2026, we’ve made an update to the way charging session authorisation details are displayed on your invoice.
Previously, sessions initiated via the app or our call centre appeared simply as “WWW.” To give you more transparency and clarity, we’ve now expanded the information shown.
Here’s what you’ll see going forward:
RFID serial number ( when a session is started with an RFID)
App (when a session starts directly from the app)
Assisted Start (Initiated by our call centre team)
Autocharge with the Vehicle name
Plug & Charge with the Vehicle name
These improvements aim to give you clearer, more accurate information about how each charging session was authorised.
