Having trouble charging when using the new app?

If you run into any issues using the new app and need to charge, there are additional ways to get you moving.

  1. Use your RFID that's connected to your account to start and stop the session or;

  2. Visit our website on the browser on your phone -

You can revert to the previous version of our app at any time by opting out of testing through the respective app stores during this phase.
