What do I do if there is an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, such as an earthquake, please push the red emergency stop button if it is safe to do so (these are not available on all machines). This will immediately shut down Charger. NB: Our machines are designed to shut down if there is significant damage to the charging cables or connectors.

We do ask that you do not use the emergency button unless directed by support staff or if there is a genuine emergency.
