Is there a time limit for using a ChargeNet charger?

Most ChargeNet chargers do not have a time restriction. You are only charged for the electricity you use, not the time your vehicle is plugged in.

However, some charging sites are located in car parks where the car park owner has set a maximum stay limit. If this applies to a particular site, you will see signage on location clearly stating the time limit, and it will apply to the EV bays as well.

We encourage all drivers to move their vehicle as soon as their charging session is complete. This helps keep chargers available for others and may help you avoid any idle fees or parking penalties that apply at the site.
