Use these steps to stop a session:

By App: If you have the ChargeNet app on your phone, you can stop a charge on there by pressing the stop button

By RFID: You can stop a charging session early by swiping your RFID against the scanner and then following the prompts on the screen

Use the In-Car Button: Some EVs have a dedicated unlock/release button on the dashboard or directly next to the charging port
If the session still won't stop:
If other methods fail, call 0800 224 274 and our customer care team will gladly stop the charge remotely.
Only press the “Emergency Stop” button in a real emergency.This not only stops your charge, but it also shuts down the whole station. If you do, please reset the station before you leave.
Dont forget to hang the cable back properly and close your charge port.
Please do not attempt to forcibly disconnect the cable if it appears locked.
