Updating your password
Under the Profile tab in both the app and website, you’ll find an option to “Change Password”. This will ask you to enter your current password to update to a new password.
Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password, you'll find a “Forgot password?” button on our login screens. This will trigger our reset password process.
If you're not receiving the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our Customer care team for help.
