Payment is automatic at the end of each session to your registered payment method. You only need to start the session; no other action is required at the charger.

Credit or Debit Card: Your card is billed at the end of each charging session, and you'll receive a monthly statement via email. Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard. We do not currently accept American Express

Partner Billing: ChargeNet has partnered with Octopus Energy and Electric Kiwi so you can add and pay for your EV charging on your monthly power bill instead of paying after each session.

Genesis EVerywhere Plan: With Genesis, you can access the EVerywhere plan, which lets you charge at any ChargeNet station using your home electricity kWh rate. To learn more click here.
To manage your payment method: go to your account in the ChargeNet app → Payment methods. You can add, remove, or update this at any time before starting a charge session.
