How do I end a session started via the app

Step by Step:

1. To stop the session, click 'stop' on the charger or in the ChargeNet app

2. The session has ended and the vehicle lets go of the cable. You can see this on the charger screen, the ChargeNet app and in your vehicle’s dashboard.

3. Remove the cable from your vehicle.

Quick tip #1: If charging session does not stop, press the E-Stop button (on 50kW and 25kW chargers only) Please reset before leaving site by following the instruction on the E-Stop button.
