How do I download the new ChargeNet app?

The ChargeNet App is available on both Android and iPhone platforms.

Updating to the new app

Your app will automatically update in the next week if it is set to auto-update.

IOS users can trigger a manual update by going to your app stores and updating the app.

Don't see the new version of the app?

You may need to update it manually. If you're an iOS user, head to the App Store and check for updates. Android users can do the same by visiting the Google Play Store and checking for updates. Make sure your app is set to auto-update to receive future updates automatically.

What versions will the app support

ChargeNet app will only work with operating system versions that are supported versions that are still supported by the platforms.

For IOS, the version is 16 and above.

For Android, the version is 5.1 and above.

For customers using older operating system versions, we recommend updating to the latest version if possible. If updating is not feasible, we suggest turning off automatic updates, as the new app may not function properly (e.g., display a blank screen).
