How do I delete my account?

No longer have an EV? You can delete your account with just a few clicks.

• Head to your “Profile” with the menu.

• Select the option to “Update Details”.

• Scroll down to the bottom, and you'll find the “Delete Account” option

Have an outstanding balance?

You won't be able to delete your account if you have an outstanding balance with us.

To make a manual payment, head to the “Payment Information” section of your account.
