ChargeNow Discontinuation

ChargeNow was created as part of a long-standing partnership between BMW and ChargeNet, bringing exclusive benefits like a 10% charging discount to eligible customers for the first 24 months.

The ChargeNow Service is now ending, effective 1 September 2025, and no new customers can join

What this means for existing ChargeNow customers

• Your account will be migrated to a ChargeNet account.

• You can log into the ChargeNet app or website using your current credentials.

• If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘reset password’ link on the login page.

• RFID fobs provided by BMW dealers will continue to work at ChargeNet charging stations.

• The 10% discount at charging stations will continue to apply until the end of each customer’s 24-month benefit period. This benefit will not be renewed, and no new discounts will be issued.

• After the benefit period expires, charging sessions will simply be billed at the standard ChargeNet rates.

• Customers who were not part of the ChargeNow programme will not be able to join.

Important notes

• Only customers who originally received an RFID fob as part of the ChargeNow Service are eligible for the discount.

• If you are unsure whether your discount is still active, please contact our support team.
